MIXED AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Pro-Vision Villages at Chocolate Bayou is an upcoming initiative that will have more than 400 units of affordable mixed housing for families who are learning to be homeowners and contributing citizens for the betterment of their community. Pro-Vision, Inc. has secured additional land adjacent to ProVision Academy and proposes this master planned community to have a stabilizing and sustaining effect on the Sunnyside Community.
The housing initiative will leverage Pro-Vision, Inc.'s extensive investment in the Sunnyside Community and enhance the positive impact of our programs we have already implemented, including Character Development, Education, and the Pro-Vision/McNair Urban Farm and Community Garden.
