Pro-Vision, Inc. is pursuing development of a master planned community with mixed income housing anchored by Pro-Vision Academy (existing charter school) in the Sunnyside Complete Communities in Houston, TX.
Pro-Vision secured additional land adjacent to Pro-Vision Academy and proposes this master planned community to have a stabilizing and sustaining effect on the Sunnyside Community. The housing initiative will leverage Pro-Vision’s extensive investment in the Sunnyside Community and enhance the positive impact of the other initiatives Pro-Vision has implemented including educational services, programs & outreach and their Urban Farm.

Pro-Vision will utilize strategic partnerships and industry relationships to plan, finance and build higher quality housing for individuals and families living in the Sunny Community while utilizing best practices and on a sustainable operations integrated with program and outreach services.
