Our S.H.E. Program Director
We are thankful for our S.H.E. Program Director Jaharrah Jackson! Being raised in rural Louisiana helps her relate to our young ladies here in Sunnyside. She understands their experience and helps them navigate life and make healthy choices.
“We talk about not letting your circumstances limit your potential,” said Jackson. “You let your personality and your soul meet, and you bring that to the world. We often have those discussions.”
The S.H.E. program aims to identify the positive characteristics that exists within each member and to nurture those traits in a way that will lead to the individual making healthy life choices.
