By introducing young people to new experiences and sharing positive values, mentors have the opportunity to help youth avoid negative behaviors and achieve success. For more than 30 years, our Character Development Program has combined close mentoring relationships with exposure to situations that reinforce a solid moral system, ethical thinking, and purposeful living for our members.
